Beth Kelley is the Coordinator of Academic Success Programs and an Adjunct Chemistry Instructor at Middlesex Community College. In 2022, she joined MCC?s first Pedagogy of Real Talk Staff Academy, a 3-year professional development cohort based on the work of Dr. Paul Hernandez and his book The Pedagogy of Real Talk. She is currently one of the co-leads for cohorts 1 and 2, and is preparing to train a new group of MCC staff members for the third PRT Staff Academy cohort. Beth is also a former Innovation of the Year award winner in 2019-2020 for MCC?s BlackBoard Ambassador program. Outside of MCC, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult sons, relaxing in Cape Cod, and enjoying time outside running, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking with her dog Larry.
