A Truly International Business Degree: Global Degree Completion With Rennes School of Business
Lane Community College (Lane) and Rennes School of Business (RSB) have created an international pathway to a three-year bachelor’s degree that can be funded through U.S. federal financial aid. The program allows a student to get a U.S. associate degree and French bachelor’s degree in three years. In one additional year, students can receive a master’s degree if they choose to continue studying for an additional year at RSB. RSB teaches all courses in English, so students do not need to be fluent in French to access this opportunity. The global degree completion opportunities set Lane apart from other community colleges and gives the institution a competitive edge in recruitment and retention of students who are looking for international experiences. Due to the success of this program, Lane is actively expanding global degree completion opportunities and has solidified several additional agreements in over five countries.
