From answering questions like “Who are they?” and “What do they want?” to addressing issues of expectations of adjuncts and ways to ensure comparable instruction, the speaker presents workable solutions and aids participants in making a customized plan for their own institutions. Outcomes include a thorough plan for the use of adjuncts and determination of the best practices of benefit to the institution and the adjunct instructors.
