Camtasia: Tools and Techniques
for Bringing Action to Online Learning

Provide dynamic and interactive content to your students using Camtasia. Camtasia allows you to easily make movies of what you do when using your computer. Press record, start talking, and your first learning object is well underway. During this session, participants discover how to make learning objects to explain concepts, whiteboard math problems, software how-tos, and more. Want to add a quiz question? No problem! Participants also discover how to burn learning objects to a CD-ROM and upload them to the web or an LMS, e.g., Blackboard, WebCT, D2L. Required skill for this session is the ability to use a mouse and a computer. The ability to enjoy yourself while learning is a plus!
