High Potential Employees:
How to Identify, Train, and Retain Them

The pool of qualified candidates for upper-level administrative jobs is shrinking. Therefore, institutions need to proactively mentor and nurture promising candidates for these positions early in their careers. This session draws on the high potential and leadership development literature to help institutions identify, train, and retain these high potential employees. Specific techniques that use Appreciative Inquiry to effectively coach and mentor your institution’s future leaders are shared.

The target audience for this one-hour presentation includes upper-level administrators and human resources professionals.
