Applying Basic Supervisory Techniques
in Community Colleges

In the course of their careers, some staff members, administrators, instructors, and clerical and other personnel will be promoted to supervisory positions, despite lacking formal training in the supervision of others. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a quick overview of the essential elements of successful supervisory and leadership skills, especially within the context of community colleges.
