Enable Your College to Use Benchmarking
to
Adapt Best Practices
Allow the League’s
Service Division to provide your college with a systematic and continuous
measurement practice of assessing and comparing methods against process
leaders anywhere in the world to gain information. This benchmarking
seminar gives your team the tools to take action to improve performance
and reduce costs. Benchmarking is analogous to the human learning process,
and this onsite two-day seminar helps your staff and faculty learn how to
learn! The seminar is customized to provide an overview of the
benchmarking process, including planning the study, conducting the
research using a variety of information sources, analyzing the data, and
adapting best practices back at your college. During this active learning
seminar, attendees are guided through their benchmarking processes with
projects, videos, and worksheets.
By participating in
this seminar, faculty and staff at your college are able to better plan
process performance goals, search for best practices in other organizations,
analyze performance gaps, adapt best practices, and implement improvements.
